This versatile Garlic Chive Seasoning Blend is sure to add a lot of flavor to any dish!

Also Fabulous in Baked Garlic Chive Gouda Dip.


 

GARLIC CHIVE DIP RECIPE:

Combine in bowl:

1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

½ cup mayonnaise (or substitute with sour cream or Greek yogurt)

2 Tbsp. Alicia’s Spice Co. Garlic Chive Seasoning Blend

Mix thoroughly, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Serve and Enjoy!

VEGAN GARLIC CHIVE DIP RECIPE:

Combine in bowl:

1 cup Vegan sour cream

½ cup plain Vegan mayonnaise (or substitute with Vegan sour cream)

2 Tbsp. Alicia’s Spice Co. Garlic Chive Seasoning Blend

Mix thoroughly, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Serve and Enjoy!


 
 

GARLIC CHIVE MARINATED STEAK TIPS

Ingredients:

3 lbs. sirloin steak cut into 1 ½- inch dice

¼ cup red wine vinegar

¼ cup water

3 tbs Alicia’s Spice Co.® Garlic Chive Seasoning Blend

3 tbs extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)

2 tbs brown sugar

 

Directions:

1.       Combine red wine vinegar, water, Alicia’s Spice Co.® Garlic Chive Seasoning Blend, EVOO, brown sugar in medium sized bowl and whisk.

2.       Add steak tips to mixture and marinate. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, up to 8 hours.

3.       Heat grill to medium high.

4.       Thread steak tips onto skewers.

5.       Grill for 5 minutes each side, or until meat has reached desired wellness.

6.       Garnish with fresh chopped chives, serve and enjoy.
